A hearing regarding the Unfair Labour Practice (ULP) complaint filed against York University, as well as the one that was filed by the employer, will take place at the Ontario Labour Relations Board on Wednesday, August 8, beginning at 9:30 am. We do not yet know how long the hearing will take.
