Bargaining Strategy Meeting

After the union requested a ‘no board’ report, the employer claims that they must prepare their position, and therefore will not be meeting with our bargaining team this week.

Nonetheless, the bargaining team for Units 1, 2, and 3 will be meeting as planned to discuss strategy and work on language. The conciliator will also be available later in the day.

Depending on how this meeting goes, the bargaining team may meet on Friday February 16.

CUPE 3903 operates under the principle of open bargaining. This means that all members are encouraged to attend any and all bargaining and bargaining team meetings.
