Open Bargaining

The bargaining team for CUPE 3903 Units 1, 2, and 3 will be meeting with the employer and the Ministry of Labour appointed conciliator to discuss job security for contract faculty and other issues.

There will be food and coffee. Come when you can, if only for half an hour, or follow our Twitter account for live tweets.

CUPE 3903 operates under the principle of open bargaining. This means that all members are encouraged to attend any and all bargaining meetings to observe, pass notes to the bargaining team, and participate in bargaining team caucuses.
