Bylaw Amendments Passed at the January and February GMMs

Amendments to several bylaws were voted on at the GMMs on January 26th and February 11th. Thanks to all members for coming out to discuss and vote. Members can find the proposed amendment language here. Continue reading for the results.

Bylaw amendment: Article 4 – Affiliations: 23 yes, 3 no, 4 abstentions [PASSED]
Bylaw amendment: Article 10 – Committees: 23 yes, 3 no, 4 abstentions [PASSED]
Bylaw amendment: Article 13 – Voting: 33 yes, 1 no, 2 abstentions [PASSED]
Bylaw amendment: Appendix I – Internal Sexual Assault Policy: 27 yes, 0 no, 1 abstentions [PASSED]

  • Amendments from the February GMM:

Bylaw amendment: Article 8(b) – Executive Committee: 28 yes, 3 no, 9 abstentions [PASSED]
