All Unit 2 members are invited to attend the final career workshop of the year!
This final workshop in the series of four is intended to address two Unit 2 member issues:
1. Finalize your file for this year for various job application opportunities now!
For those submitting applications this year, we want to help you finish up and polish your job file, and all its elements by providing you with the opportunity to share documents with Kym, (e.g. “Teaching Statement”) or to seek specific or general answers to pressing questions before the submission deadline. Kym Bird is herself a successful conversion and is very generous with her time. NB: This year it seems that all applications submitted will be reviewed and considered by the relevant Dean’s Office. Attend the meeting to find out more.
2. Start creating your career file now for various job application opportunities in the future!
The deadline for this year is not too early to start putting together your Job Dossier, including all of the necessary elements. We can help you figure out where to start.
