TFAC October Meeting + Workshop

We invite you to come join us for our monthly TFAC meeting and this month’s workshop: Disseminating to the masses: Turning academic research into journalism hosted by Sam Ponting.

Have you thought about getting your research published by media outlets? Are you looking for some pointers about how to approach news organizations, and how to craft your work into something more digestible? In this workshop, join activist and independent journalist Sam Ponting as she explores some of the basics of journalistic style and structure as it compares to academic articles.
