As the summer reaches its conclusion, the CUPE 3903 Summer Sessions turn to discussion of concrete tactics to support bargaining, build power and, if necessary, run an effective strike. This session, Building Leverage: Strike Mandate Vote, is a knowledge-sharing and discussion space about the importance of strike mandate votes, tactics to get a good result, and the particular challenges our workplace faces in organizing this vote. Whether this is your first or your tenth bargaining round, you have something to contribute to this session! Join the discussion to share and learn, and let’s hit the ground running come September.
