Open Bargaining with the Employer

CUPE 3903 is committed to open bargaining, which means all members are welcome to attend bargaining meetings to observe, pass notes to the bargaining team, and participate in bargaining team caucuses. At this point in the process, the bargaining team is working with a conciliator appointed by the Ministry of Labour.

This meeting is hybrid! Zoom registration is required. Please register in advance to avoid delays in accessing the meeting:

Join us in-person at the Ministry of Labour, 400 University Avenue. St. Patrick’s Station is the closest TTC stop if you are using transit.
Once you enter the lobby, please take an elevator to the 8th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, turn to your right. You’ll see glass doors marked “Mediation Boardrooms.”  We are in Boardroom E!

You will find washrooms on the 8th floor, including an accessible, single-stall washroom.
Restaurants and coffee shops are available nearby on University Avenue. Additionally the Duke of Cornwall restaurant is located on the first floor of the building.
You will see wifi login information in the boardrooms.
