The CUPE 3903 Bargaining Team met on September 25th to continue preparing for bargaining. We discussed how to improve our communications – check the union website for regular updates! The updates will also be shared through the weekly CUPE 3903 newsletter. We discussed information that will be shared at the September 29th GMM, and started assessing the bargaining surveys. No dates have yet been set with the employer for bargaining, as we are waiting for further discussion at the September GMM, as well as the October 9th Bargaining SGMM to receive direction from the membership in terms of how to move forward with bargaining.
