CUPE 3903 Bargaining Mobilization – Membership Survey
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CUPE3903bargaining
This survey is for all members of our local.
Our ability to obtain an improved Collective Agreement (and resist the Employer’s proposals for concessions) is dependent upon membership involvement and mobilization.
If we demonstrate our collective strength and determination, we should be able to get a good deal without a strike. At the same time, we have to consider the possibility of going on strike, if required.
Preparing to go on strike is both a warning to the employer and a necessity to have a successful strike, should it come to that.
We are stronger with membership participation and mobilization. The following survey questions are intended to:
- provide you with some options for staying informed and getting involved (at different levels of comfort, ability and activism),
- provide us with contacts and volunteers, and
- identify our members’ interests and skills.
Please complete the survey! The survey results will only be available to members of the Executive and Bargaining Team.
We hope you’re able to plug into the mobilization for an improved Collective Agreements for all of us, and for future members.
