The next bargaining meeting with the employer will be on Monday, November 13, at 10:00 am, in the Harry Crowe room, 109 Atkinson.
The agenda includes responses from the employer on equity and job security proposals, a presentation from the employer explaining their Unit 1 funding proposal, and the union’s response to teaching evaluations.
Please come to this meeting and show support for the bargaining team! A packed room also shows the employer that we take bargaining seriously. Feel free to attend when you can, and check our Twitter account for live tweets. You can drop anytime during the day for a bit (maybe half an hour or an hour) or come for the whole day. There will be coffee and some food available.
CUPE 3903 operates under the principle of open bargaining. This means that all members are encouraged to attend any and all bargaining meetings to observe, pass notes to the bargaining team, and participate in bargaining team caucuses.
