York must appoint 18 Special Renewable Contracts to Unit 2 members by July 18, 2020. Ten Special Renewable Contracts were appointed in the Fall and now York has announced its second call for applications for the remaining 8 positions. The deadline for members to submit files to their hiring unit is March 6, 2020.
Eligible Unit 2 members should have received a letter from Faculty Relations notifying them of this second call. You can read the letter, with more details on applications, here. Unsuccessful applicants in the first call are welcome to apply again and may either let their previous application stand as is or submit new information.
