3903’s delegate accepts the best website design award at the annual Calm Awards.

On Friday, June 19, the Canadian Association of Labour Media (CALM) held its yearly awards ceremony as part of its three-day annual CALM Conference. The CALM Awards recognize excellence in union publications and productions in a variety of categories and classes.

CUPE 3903’s bargaining website betteryork.ca won the award for best website design, staff produced.

The credit for this award must be given to Chad Mohr, who designed the Better York campaign. Check out his work here.

Many members’ efforts are responsible for the success of the Better York campaign. The 2014-15 Communications Committee and Executive Committee had a hand in the original conception stages, while the Bargaining Mobilization Committee worked tirelessly to disseminate the materials and promote the website.
